Several anti-virus scanning programs have started to report that installed docuBridge software (version 5.10 or higher) is infected with viruses or malware. Please note:
- These virus detection notices are FALSE. Our software is free of viruses and malware, and is regularly tested using 40 different common virus scanning programs. The notices have only started to appear after recent updates on several anti-virus programs that might use same engine and/or virus signature.
- We are working directly with the anti-virus provider to correct these ‘false positive’ notices as soon as possible.
- Unfortunately the solution to this problem is not fully within our control. This means that in the short term, you may have to consult your anti-virus provider to prevent your scanner from falsely blocking docuBridge software.
